Since we know your Big Tex 35UT has a 3,500 lb Dexter axle the correct brake assembly set is the part # 23-468-469. This is a set of self adjusting assemblies for both sides of your axle. Then for hub/drums you'd need the part # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K which fits your axle, the brake assemblies, and also comes pre-greased so they are ready to install.

Then to add a 7-way connector for the trailer wiring easiest solution is a junction box kit part # HS381-9000 and 10 gauge wire like part # 10-1-1 and you'd be set.
