Fit of Konig Snow Chains Recommendations for a BMW X5 with 285/45-19 Tires
Question:
In the Konig website when I used the fit guide this chain did not show up. Does it really work with my BMW X5 sport package tires?

According to Konig, only their K-Summit chains, part # TH02230K66 are a fit for the 285/45-19 tires when they are installed on your vehicle, but I found an online copy of the 2012 BMW X5 owners manual (I had to guess, as I did not know your model year) and BMW specifies that chains should only be used on 255/55-18 or 255/50-19 tires.
The Thule XG-12 Pro Self-Tensioning Tire Chains you referenced, part # TH2004705265 will fit a 285/45-19 tire, but is not recommended for your vehicle because there would not be enough clearance between your tires and the wheel wells.
Using an unapproved tire chain could cause severe damage to the vehicle, so I would highly recommend consulting your owners manual or your BMW dealer to determine BMWs recommendations regarding tire chain usage on your model year X5.
I have linked you to some of our Tire Chain FAQ articles that you might find helpful.
If you would care to reply with with actual model year of your X5, I would be happy to do some further research.
