Based on the measurements of your wheel you included it appears you will need the Phoenix USA Baby Moon Hubcap # PX1307SS. This hubcap has an outer diameter of 10-1/2" with an inner diameter of 10-3/8" and a lip that is 10-3/16" across.
For the return you will need to contact our customer service team at 1-800-298-1624 to get a return authorization to mail them back. Once the item is returned and inspected any refund will be issued. In the mean time you can place the order online for the new hubcaps.
