Yes, it will. There were no changes from the 2022 to 2023 model year so the etrailer Trailer Hitch item # e98912 will fit the 2023 Subaru Crosstrek. Our fitguides have not been completely updated for the 2023 model year vehicles.
This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Subaru with included hardware. I like the etrailer hitch item # e98912 because it has a matte black finish which offers superior rust protection but the main advantage of it is that it blends in better beneath your car. It will also save you a few dollars over other hitch options.
I have linked an installation video below along with a picture to show you what this hitch looks like installed.
If you plan on towing a trailer you will also need a wiring harness item # 118467 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
