To install a front hitch on your 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe you'll need to use a universal kit like the Curt Adjustable Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13701 since there are no custom fit options available. This hitch fits 18"-51" wide vehicle frames and features a 2" drop and a 2" receiver which fits basically anything you'll be putting at the front of your vehicle.
Aside from this you'll have to take your vehicle to a shop and have them custom fabricate something for your vehicle.
