Will these fit on my 2013 Subaru Outback? Thule Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains for Passenger Vehicles - CS10 - Size 104

The first thing you will need to do is check the owners manual for any restrictions on snow chain usage. If that says that no chains will fit your 2013 Outback then I cannot safely recommend any for you either.
If you find that chains can work on your vehicle and you have the 225/60-17 tire size then the Thule Self-Tensioning, Low-Profile Snow Tire Chains # TH2004205104 would fit that size.
