No, the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-522 does not include the quick disconnect crossbar. That would need to be picked up separately.

The Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-522 will work with the MX, MS, and EZ5 base plates without the quick disconnect crossbar.
