Snow Tire Chains or Cables For Regular Use With 285/45R22 Tires on 2019 Lincoln Navigator

Question:

I am interested in snow chains or cables. I have a 2019 Lincoln Navigator L and will be going to the snow a lot as I am working in Sequoia National Park this winter. Most of the roads are plowed but others are not. I’m wondering if I should get the Titan Chains or the Titan Cables. Can you drive faster with the cables versus chains? My tire size is P285/45R22. Thanks for your assistance

Definitely go with snow tire chains over cables for regular use in the snow on your 2019 Lincoln Navigator's 285/45R22 tires. Cables are essentially emergency, one-time use only, and pretty much something people throw in their car if they are required to have them around. Cables do not allow you to drive faster either so I highly recommend chains, and the best option for your Navigator are indeed from Titan:

- Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains # TC2327

The # TC2327 are a diamond-pattern which gives the chains optimal coverage over your tires, and they have square links, which gives you the best overall traction in snow and grip on ice.
