The replacement reverse lock out you are looking for is the part #TK71-755-00. This would allow you to use the same adapters and fittings you have now.

The thread size is 3/8"-24 but the fitting size is 3/16". This standard for trailer brake lines. This will go from 1/2 inch thread size to 3/8 inch. If the dimensions you took are 1/2 inch and 3/8 inch of the threads this will fit.
