Will Thule Apex 4 Bike Rack Fit Subaru Crosstrek with Narrow EcoHitch Opening
Question:
I cant find a good dimension drawing of the stinger pin for this bike rack. How much clearance is needed to the right of the hitch itself so that the pin can open and close?

I do have an option for you but the Thule Apex XT 4 Bike Rack part # TH9025XT won't work well with the narrow cutout due to the locking pin as you pointed out. The Thule Hitching Post Pro part # TH934XTR is a good option very similar to the above but with a standard pin design. It can be locked with the Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock and Anti-Rattle Device part # THSTL2 and Thule Cable Lock w/ One Key System Lock part # TH538XT.
We don't have detailed dimensions of the locking pin on the Apex unfortunately .
