Ladder Rack with Bakflip MX4 on Ford F-150 5.5 ft bed?

Question:

Hello, wondering what ladder racks work with the Bakflip MX4. Preferably a rack that has adjustable height, and I know some are on rails that can move forward and backward, just not positive which are compatible if any. I belive there are some Adaracks that are but they arent adjustable. Thank you

The BAKFlip MX4 Hard Tonneau Cover installs inside the bed rails so you can use a ladder rack which mounts in the stake pockets. The way the ladder rack must install it doesn't give you many options. There are two I recommend looking at and the choice comes down to what function they are going to be used for. Both can slide up and down the tracks but can not be moved up and down.

The first is the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack part # TH43003XT-785. The Thule TracRac SR is best for recreational use because the crossbars are of a standard size so most kayak carriers and bike racks will clamp around them.

The second one is the Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack item # A4000964. This ladder rack is best for utility use such as hauling lumber and ladders. The crossbars are not a standard size so most kayak carriers and bike racks will not fit them.
