I have a way for you to transport and use a roof top tent, like the Yakima SkyRise HD Tent # Y07436, with your 2014 Chrysler 300 but every roof top tent I've looked at says not to mount and use a tent on a roof rack that uses clips for the door jambs like what we see with this Yakima setup. The 165 lb weight rating is the dynamic rating so the static rating would be higher, but we need to look at a different solution since a clip-style roof rack shouldn't be used for this application.
As an alternative I recommend towing a small "roof rack" trailer with your 2014 Chrysler 300. This gives you the ability to safely transport and use the tent plus it means you can take the tent with you with any vehicle that has a hitch. The parts you'll need to accomplish this are the following:
Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - # 76145
T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness - # C56145
Curt Ball Mount - # C45090
2" Hitch Ball - # 63845
Locking Hitch Pin - # e98880
Yakima EasyRider Double Decker Trailer - # Y08129
The EasyRider is definitely a premium style trailer but it provides a good amount of storage opportunities and the coupler is only 16" above the ground which is why you need the ball mount with a 6" rise and not something that has more of a significant rise.
