In order to determine which brake assemblies will replace the current brakes on your 1994 Sundowner Horse Trailer, you're going to need to first determine the weight capacity of your axles, which usually can be found on a tag on the axle tube.
The next thing you're going to need to measure the width and diameter of your current brake assemblies.
For example, the Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Assembly - Self-Adjusting # 23-451 that you inquired about, will work for 9,000-10,000lbs axles, and measure 12-1/4" in diameter by 3-3/8" wide.
I have attached an image showing where you need to measure. If you are able to provide these measurements and information, I'd be happy to find something for you.
