Is There A Third Rail Option Available For The Rhino-Rack RVP Roof Rack On A 2016 Ford Explorer?

I bought this kit, and its excellent. I have found that due to the different accessories I have mounted I need a third cross bar. Is there a kit, or do I buy all the pieces separately? Is there any way to get the bracket covers keyed alike to my existing covers? 16 explorer, flush mount. Thank you.

I went ahead and checked to see if a single bar was available for the Rhino-Rack RVP Roof Rack for Fixed Mounting Points # RRRVP45, and unfortunately a single bar kit is not offered for this system.

With that being said, to add a third bar you'll need to piece together everything. For the bar you'll need to contact Rhino-Rack as they don't sell singles for this system. However, for the remainder of the kit you'll need a fit kit # RRRCP45-BK, and legs # RRRVH2.

As for a keyed alike option, you won't be able to key the 1 core alike to your other existing cores. Instead, I recommend replacing all your cores with Rhino-Rack Masterkey Lock Barrels # RRRK083-4 for 4, or # RRRK059-8 for 8 cores.
