Roadmaster XL or EX Base Plate Kit and Other Parts Needed to Flat Tow a 2010 Chevrolet HHR
Question:
I have questions about the Roadmaster XL kit over the Roadmaster EZ base plate kit? Also do you sell the wiring kit so the taillights work when towing my car behind the motor home? Thanks

The Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit (XL) # 3141-1 is the correct kit if your 2010 Chevrolet HHR is not an SS model. It is compatible with Roadmaster tow bars using the Quick Disconnect Crossbar Assembly # 910021-00.
The Roadmaster EZ Base Plate Kit # 523159-1 is the correct kit if your 2010 Chevrolet HHR is the SS model.
We do have the wiring you would need to operate your HHR's tail lights when flat towing.
- Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-152-1676-7
Some fuses need to be pulled to flat tow your HHR, you can make that easier by using the Roadmaster FuseMaster Fuse Bypass # RM76511.
You will also need a few other parts to flat tow your HHR is you do not already have them.
