Recommended Adapter to Tow Gooseneck Trailer with 2010 Ford F-250 5th Wheel Brackets

My inner square tube measures around 3.5 inch do you have anything for the to convert and replace my inner tube?

To tow a gooseneck trailer with a 5th wheel setup on your 2010 Ford F-250 I recommend checking out something like the Curt Spyder Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Fifth Wheel Rails # 16085 which mounts to your 5th wheel rails and provides a gooseneck hitch ball and safety chain loops to safely tow your trailer.
I'm not seeing that any of our replacement gooseneck inner tubes have a 3-1/2" inner diameter square tube which is why I recommend going this route.
