Can I use a wireless backup camera with an installed Curt Echo C51180 wireless brake controller without having the two units interfere with each other?

Yes, you can use a wireless camera like the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System # FOS05TASF with a Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller # C51180. The Curt Echo uses a Bluetooth connection while the Furrion uses a 2.4 GHz wireless connection. These will not interfere with each other.
This Furrion also allows you to monitor up to 4 cameras allowing for Side Cameras # FCE48TASL or an additional Camera # FCN48TASF for your tow vehicle.
