Is Trimming Required When Installing Curt Trailer Hitch # C12115 on a 2013 Cadillac XTS

Thanks for the response. How about the question re. distance from the bumper fascia? C12115 I have a 2013 XTS... This is a leased vehicle. Cutting away the bumper fascia is NOT required, right? Approx how far would the center of the receiver below the bumper fascia? thanks

According to my technical contact at Curt, cutting and/or trimming any of the bumper fascia on your 2013 Cadillac XTS is not required when installing Curt Trailer Hitch # C12115. I have the instructions attached for your reference.
The modification that is required for installation is in step # 3. The rearward hole in the suspension cross needs to be enlarged to 1/2 inch.
My contact also told me that although he does not have an exact measurement, the hitch sits basically flush under the bumper, meaning that there is not much space at all.
