Is the etrailer Electric Trailer Brake Kit Quality on Par With Other Brands
Question:
Why are these so much less than the other brands that you sell, are they lacking in quality?

Expert Reply:
The Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 10" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 3,500 lbs # AKEBRK-35-SA and other etrailer branded brakes have the same quality that you would find with a more expensive brake assembly. Since they are etrailer branded, we are able to keep the cost down by comparison. These have been tested by QAI and meet the certification requirements of the CSA. They also use automotive-grade friction material which is SAE-N certified.
These brakes are a great replacement option if you need a 10" brake assembly for your 3,500 lb axle on your trailer. They have E-coated backing plates to resist wear and corrosion and they are also self-adjusting. If you need installation hardware the # BRKH10B is also available.
I have attached a review video for your reference.
