The only way you will be able to add lights to the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount, part # HLY84FR, is by attaching brackets to the rack and attaching lights to the brackets. You will need the following items:
LED Light Kit for Draw-Tite, Tow Ready, Pro Series, and Rola Railed Cargo Carriers, part # 98174LED
Trailer Light Mounting Bracket for 6-1/2" Oval Trailer Lights, Steel - Black Powder Coat, part # BK70BB
Self-Tapping Screw - 1/4" -14 x 3/4" Long - Zinc, part # FA1131822
You will need to use the self-tapping screws to attach the mounting brackets. Please keep in mind drilling into this rack will void the warranty. Once you have attached the brackets, you can install the lights in the brackets. You will also need to have a 4-way connector on your vehicle for these lights to be powered.
I have included product description links and video review links below.
