Trailer Hitch Receiver Compatible With Thule Helium Pro 2 Bike Rack On a 2019 Subaru Forester
Question:
is the EcoHitch 306-X7391 compatible with a Thule APEX 9024 bike rack? Is the Curt C13409 compatible with this bike rack? Both with a 2019 Subaru Forester premium. Yes or no? Online there seem to be questions about the distance required between hitch pin hole to bumper or a hole being too close to the end of the receiver. Please help. Thanks.

Both the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7391 and Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13409 are going to be compatible with the Thule Apex XT Bike Rack # TH9024XT on your 2019 Subaru Forester.
When we installed these receivers on a Forester in our shop we found the Curt # C13409 had 4" from the hitch pin center hole to edge of the bumper. And the EcoHitch # 306-X7391 had 3" from the hitch pin center to the edge of the bumper. Personally I feel the EcoHitch looks much better as it hides the cross tube behind the bumper fascia.
The APEX XT # TH9024XT has a measurement of 7" from the hitch pin center to the closest edge of the upright for the bike rack. So you will have 3-4" of clearance depending on which receiver you end up with.
The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118467 will allow you to add Auxiliary Lights # C53201 behind your bikes if they impair the view of the tail lights on your Forester.
