The Replacement Female Tie-Down Buckle for Extang SolidFold Tonneau Covers # EX1018 is the only way to get the buckle for the original Extang SolidFold covers.

We do have the Replacement Female Tie-Down Buckle for Extang SolidFold 2.0 Tonneau Covers # EX54560402 available as just the buckle if you have an Extang SolidFold 2.0.

Based on your images it appears you have a BAKFlip Tonneau Cover. This will use the Buckle and Strap Conversion Kit #PARTS-356A0009. The Replacement Tie-Down #EX1024 you found is for Extang Solid Fold 2.0 Hard Tonneau Covers which are only 3 panels.
