We have hitches for your 2007 Cadillac CTS but there are no class II or above. The class rating system is based on weight and capacity of your vehicle and your cars towing capacity is only 1,000 lbs. The Curt Hitch item # C11307 is the best hitch for your car and will allow you to use your the full capacity available.
If you need a wiring harness to control your trailer or accessories lighting functions you will need the Curt Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # C59236.
For a ball mount you'd need the Draw-Tite Drawbar item # 3593 and then for hitch balls item # 19258 for a 2 inch ball or item # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
