I am assuming you have a 2003 Acura MDX since the trailer hitch that you referenced fits the Acura MDX. I do have a trailer hitch that will fit the 2003 Acura MDX, however, the hitch that you referenced will only fit 2007 to 2013 models.
For your 2003 model, I recommend the Draw-Tite Class III Trailer Hitch, # 75599. This hitch was designed to fit the 2001 to 2006 MDX. I have attached an installation video of this hitch on a 2004 model for you to check out. The installation process will be the same for your 2003.
If you plan on using this hitch for towing a trailer, then there are a few more items that you will want to complete your towing setup. First, you will want a wiring harness. We offer a plug-in custom wiring harness for your vehicle which is part # 118336. I have attached an installation video for the wiring harness as well. Next, you will need a ball mount and a hitch ball. For this, I recommend our etrailer.com Ball Mount Kit, # 989900, which comes with two different ball mounts, a 1-7/8 inch ball, a 2 inch ball, a pin and clip and a storage bag.
If you plan on using the hitch for a bike rack or cargo carrier and would like some recommendations, let me know what you are interested in and I can make a recommendation for you.
