Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Dometic Setup that has a Heater Option
Question:
I need to replace the Dometic Duo-Therm 13,500 BTU air conditioner on my 2007 Keystone Cougar 306BHS travel trailer. The Dometic unit is ducted through the ceiling and controlled by a wall-mounted thermostat. Is that an AC + Heater option for my setup?

I recommend the 15,000 Btu Advent Air Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Dometic Setup w/ Start Capacitor, # ACDOM150 and then add on the Electric Heat Strip for Advent Air RV Air Conditioners, # ACMHD. This AC option is designed to replace your currently installed Dometic air conditioner. It will plug directly into your current setup to seamlessly function with your, in-good-working-order Dometic air distribution box and thermostat.
If you prefer a 13,500 Btu rated unit, select Advent Air RV Air Conditioner, # ACM135B, this has a black cowling.
