Equalizer and Shock Upgrade for a 2022 Jayco White Hawk 29BH Travel Trailer

Hello, I own a 22 Jayco White Hawk 29BH. Id like to upgrade the suspension with a heavy duty equalizer and shocks. Not sure if I should go with the Lippert or the MORryde equalizer? I measured the stock equalizers and they're 14-3/4" long x 1-7/8" high. I looked at the axles and they're 3" dia. 4,400# capacity.

Since the equalizers on your 2022 Jayco White Hawk 29BH Travel Trailer are 14-3/4" long you will want the Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers - Double Eye Springs - Tandem Axle - 5.2K item # LC314336. These rubberized equalizers replace the standard equalizers on your tandem-axle trailer's double-eye leaf spring suspension. The rubber cores absorb road shock and help reduce chucking for a smooth ride. You will also want the Lippert Tandem Axle Equa-Flex AP Kit - Wet Bolts - 3-1/8" Long Shackles item # LC64FR.

For some upgraded shocks you will want the the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Shock Absorbers for Tandem Axle Trailers item # RM-2460. This system has nitrogen-charged shock absorbers that help to eliminate trailer bouncing, chucking, and porpoising. This system fits 3" diameter axles so it would be perfect for your travel trailer.

For the wider wheelbase trailers like yours we have the Equa Flex part #LC314336 which has a distance of 14-5/8 inches between the shackle bolt holes. We've found this is the correct size for the 42 inch wheelbase trailers like yours.
