To flat tow your 2021 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk with your 2019 Winnebago Navion you will need the following components.

First a Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-521451-5. These will replace the front tow hooks on your Trailhawk. It is important to note the height of these on your Jeep in relation to the height of the receiver on your Navion. If your Jeep has 245/65R17 tires with factory suspension the base plate connections will be around 20-1/4". You want your receiver to be within 3" of this height otherwise you will need an adapter like the Roadmaster High-Low Adapter # RM-070. This particular adapter will raise or lower the tow bars 4". We have other adapters available for different heights as well. If you let me know your receiver height on the Navion I can confirm the correct adapter.

I recommend using the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-522 with your Jeep. The non-binding makes it easier to disconnect your Jeep when you get where you are going. It will attach directly to the base plate arms for easy hookup without needing a crossbar.

The RoadMaster Falcon All-Terrain Combo Towing Kit # RM-9243-1 will provide you with the wiring, safety cables, locks and covers needed. If your Trailhawk has park sense you will need to order a set of Smart Diodes # RO54FR to work with the variable voltage tail lights on your jeep.

The Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit # RM-156-25 will ensure your battery stays charged and is not drained by the Jeep or the Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251. This braking system is one of the best. It mounts inside your Jeep and never needs to be removed like a portable system. You will simply flip a switch when you are ready to flat tow and flip the switch back off when you are done towing. It is one of the only systems that looks for 2 braking inputs(brake lights and inertia) before it activates the brakes in your Jeep. This will prevent any false braking in your Jeep when you are covering the brake going down a hill or coasting to a stop.
