If your 251VRK travel trailer's tongue weight is only 630 lbs you would definitely not want a sway control system that is rated for a 1,200 lbs tongue weight. This will you give you a very rigid and stiff ride that would be extremely uncomfortable to drive. The Strait-Line Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control - Trunnion Bar - 12,000 lbs GTW, 1,200 lbs TW item # RP66084 you referenced has a 600 lbs - 1200 lbs tongue weight range but you are on the bottom end of that and I would not recommend going with that highly rated of a system. I think you will do better with the Strait-Line Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control - Trunnion Bar - 8,000 lbs GTW, 800 lbs TW item # RP66083. This system has a tongue weight range of 400 lbs - 800 lbs and your trailer will sit right in the middle of that.
