Recommended Adapter for Towing Trailer With 4-Pole Using 7-Way Connector on 2007 Nissan Frontier

Hi! I have a 118266 Tow Ready Wiring Harness - 7-Way in my Nissan Frontier. I need to tow a Uhaul trailer which has 4 way. What adapter part number would eTrailer recommend ? Thank you.

In order to tow a trailer with a 4-pole trailer connector using the 7-way connector on your 2007 Nissan Frontier, you'll need an adapter like the # PK12716 from Pollak.
Another option would be to simply replace the existing connector if it can be easily removed from the harness that's plugged into the rear of the 7-way (some can, some can't). If the connection at the rear of the existing 7-way can be unplugged, you can simply replace the connector using # HM40975 which would provide both a 7-way and a 4-pole connector. This connector is so well-built that Ford, GM and MOPAR all use it as the OEM trailer connector.
