Is There a Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter with Higher Tongue Weight Rating
Question:
I am looking for a dual hitch adapter like item # RM-077-6 to carry 4 bikes on a rack, however my current tounge weight is 435 pounds. Do you have any alternative items that have a higher tounge weight?

I do have an option for you but the Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapters are for flat-towing which have practically no tongue weight. The only option I can think of for a capacity this high is a stacked ball mount like the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers part # 325-GH-214. The offset top tube will be great for bike racks and you can then use the bottom two for towing with the included dual hitch ball.
