The trailer hitch options we offer for a 2022 Tesla Model 3 are the EcoHitch Stealth Trailer Hitch Receiver part # EH84GR and Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver part # 391TES317. These are both very similar hidden hitches but the Stealth has a major advantage in that you can remove and install the receiver without tools so it will be much easier and less time consuming.
In regards to install, I have attached a video we did on the Stealth but we don't have any on the EcoHitch at this time (check product page for updates). That said, the process is very similar so you can still use the one linked below if you decide to go with the EcoHitch.
