The correct Stealth Hitches that fits your 2022 Tesla Model 3 is part # 391TES317 if you plan on only using the hitch for accessories like a bike rack or cargo carrier, or the part # 391TES317T if you plan on using the hitch for towing as well.
The receiver that comes with the Stealth Hitches has been tested and approved for the lighter duty of accessories which is why the Stealth Hitches ball mount kit is needed for towing.
