Helpful Expert Reply:
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13394 is a confirmed fit for your 2019 Lexus RX 350 L and will not require a support strap on your Lexus. The Curt # C13394 is a good looking option as it has the concealed crossbar. If you are only using the receiver for a Bike Rack # BA22B then it is more than enough with a tongue weight capacity of 500lbs and trailer capacity of 5,000lbs. Be sure to verify any capacities for your specific Lexus with a dealer to not exceed the lower of the 2 number sets.
The Vehicle Wiring Harness Kit w/ 4-Pole Trailer Connector # C59236 will give you a 4-way flat connector. This is needed for most small trailers and will also allow you to use Auxiliary Lights # C53201 with your bike rack or other hitch mounted accessory that impairs the view of your tail lights on the Lexus.
