Recommended Value Brake Controller For 2017 Honda Ridgeline Without Tow Package
Question:
Hi. Question. I have a relatively light rv. Shasta airflyte m16. Maybe 2200 dry/2500 loaded. Single axle. Towed with a 2017 Honda Ridgeline no tow package Would you have a recommendation for a brake controller? Don’t need anything super high end, just enjoy to help on the braking. Thanks

We can for sure get your 2017 Honda Ridgeline set up with a brake controller, and there is one that I think meets your needs perfectly, which is from Tekonsha; it will also require a wiring adapter, which will depend on if your '17 Ridgeline has the factory tow package or not:
- Tekonsha BRAKE-EVN Trailer Brake Controller # TK63VR
- Brake Control Harness # 20127
The BRAKE-EVN is a really good value, as it gets the job done of giving you reliable braking without any unnecessary extras, which I think is what you are going for.
