Adding up weights on a trailer design. What does this hub weigh with electric brake assembly?

The total weight is 50 lbs for the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 5,200-lb and 6,000-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 12" - 6 on 5-1/2 # 8-201-9UC3-EZ and one of the electric brakes from the Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 6,000 lbs # 23-105-106.
To mount the brakes you'll also need the Mounting Bolts and Hardware for 12" Brake Assemblies # BRKH12.
