Unlike passenger vehicle tires that have an acceptable range of air pressure, trailer tires need to be kept fully inflated to the max pressure listed on the tire's sidewall in order to meet their load rating. If you run the tires at a lower air pressure, the tire's load rating will be unknown as most trailer tires don't load test their tires at a reduced air pressure.

Also, if you run your tires underinflated by 33%, you'll experience uneven tire wear with the outer edges of the tread wearing before the center which means you'll need to replace your tires more frequently.

If you don't already have a TPMS system in mind, I really like the TireMinder systems like part # TPMS-APP-4. This system uses 4 tire stem mounted sensors which will communicate with your smart phone every 6 seconds, keeping you updated on the temperature and air pressure in your tires which can alert you to problems before they occur. I'll link to a video showing how the system works.
