It sounds like you were looking for a replacement sting shank for your older Roadmaster tow bar. I reached out to Roadmaster and found that replacement parts are no longer available for this tow bar since it has been discontinued for some time. The only solution is to replace the tow bar with a new one.
For a replacement I recommend the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-522. This tow bar has a non-binding design and is self-aligning. It features extra-long telescoping arms for better maneuverability and cable guides to protect wires and safety cables. This has a weight capacity of 6,000 lbs and comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
Depending on your base plates you may also need the Replacement Quick Disconnect Crossbar Assembly for Roadmaster Motorhome Mounted Tow Bars # 910021-00.
