The Curt TruTrack Weight Distribution System part # C17500 is a great option for a 2000 Ford Expedition. It has integrated sway control for more control and it comes with everything you need. The hitch ball is also already torqued down for you. It will work great with air bags, just be sure to set them up last.
Please note, the above system is best used on trailer with a tongue weight between 800-1,000 lbs.
