We have exactly what you need, I suggest the Class III etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver, # e98848 and the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector, # 118741.
The etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver, # e98848 is a fully welded trailer hitch receiver that bolts directly to your Honda CR-V's frame without welding required; all needed hardware is included. This is a 2" x 2" Class III rated hitch that has a Maximum gross trailer weight of 3,500 lbs. and a max tongue weight of 525 lbs.
The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector, # 118741 plugs into your vehicle's wiring harness, which is located in your rear cargo area, behind the driver's-side interior trim panel. Once you've plugged in the T-connector, open the fuse compartment beneath the driver's-side dash, locate the fuse position indicated in the instructions and insert the included fuse. The 4-way flat connector will be stowed in your rear cargo area.
Please note the linked product installation videos below walking through each step in the process of installing these items on a 2021 Honda CR-V. If you need a ball mount, I suggest the etrailer Ball Mount Kit for 2" Hitches, # 989900 as it includes everything needed to tow multiple trailers, even of different heights.
