The Draw-Tite Hitch - 2" # DT55MR is not a concealed hitch; it has visible crosstubes when installed on your 2022 Toyota Sienna. Unfortunately, we do not currently carry a concealed or hidden option for your vehicle.

If you need a wiring harness to complete your setup, I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Wiring Harness - 4-Way # TK69FR. With this harness, you will have basic brake lights, turn signals, and tail light functions.
