Folding Cargo Carrier to Clear Spare Tire on 2011 Jeep Wrangler
Question:
WHICH CARGO CARRIER FITS A 2011 WRANGLER WITH SPARE TIRE AND ALLOW IT TO FOLD UP? Please tell me which one does it? or if I have to buy an accessory

The first thing you will need to do is measure the distance from the hitch pin hole in your receiver to the furthest rearward point of your spare tire, as shown in the photo and FAQ article I provided.
In order for the cargo carrier to be able to fold, its shank hitch pin hole to closest folded portion of the carrier needs to be longer than the measurement you took from the hitch to the spare tire.
For instance, if the distance from your hitch pin hole to the rear-most edge of your spare tire is 6-1/2 inches, you would need to choose a carrier whose folded dimension (listed in the product description) is longer than 6-1/2 inches. The # e98874 has the longest hitch pin hole to closest folded portion of the carrier dimension, at 9-1/2 inches, so if the measurement you took on the vehicle is less than that, the etrailer brand cargo carrier # e98874 would be an excellent choice. Unless you've got huge swamper tires on your Jeep, this carrier should work great for you.
