Question:
The EcoHitch 306-X7372 and Curt C64NR look very similar. Can you explain the differences in these so I can choose one for my 2022 Honda Odyssey?

The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7372 and Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C64NR are both custom fit receivers that will fit all models of your 2022 Honda Odyssey. Both have a weight rating of 525lbs tongue weight and 3,500lbs trailer weight and cannot be used with a weight distribution hitch. Be sure to verify maximum tow ratings for your Odyssey from Honda and do not exceed the lower rating. They will also carry a limited lifetime warranty.
They are both made in the USA. The EcoHitch has an aluminum and steel alloy construction which is durable and eco-friendly. The Curt is steel construction.
The Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118781 will give you a 4-way flat connector that fits most small trailers you may tow as well as Auxiliary Lights # C53201 for bike racks or cargo carriers. In the rare instance your fuse locations 10, 11, and 12 of the fuse box in driver side rear access panel are not pinned, or have terminals, in those positions you will need the Harness # 118753 which has the additional wiring needed to run a power wire to the battery.
