Question:
SHOULD THERE BE SAFETY CHAINS ON THIS DOLLY TO ATTACH TO THE FRAME OF MY CAR, 2013 LINCOLN MKX? DO I NEED TO ADD THEM? ALSO BEST RECOMENDED WAY TO LOCK THE STEERING WHILE TOWING IT IS A PUSH BUTTON START AND DOES NOT LOCK.

The Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes part # RM-2050-1 uses wheel straps to secure the vehicle, there are no safety chains nor are they needed. There are however safety chains which secure the tow dolly to the towing vehicle which are required by law.
In regards to locking the steering wheel, there's all kinds of products for this like the The Club Pedal-to-Wheel Vehicle Lock part # WICL303RED which is simple, easy to use, and cost effective.
