The main components needed to flat tow your 2019 Chevy Colorado are a tow bar, base plate, tow bar wiring kit, braking system, and safety cables. I have the following recommendations for you below:

Tow Bar: Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-522. This tow bar features non-binding latches and a large hookup radius to make connecting/disconnecting the tow bar on any terrain easy peasy.

Base Plate: Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-523182-5. These direct-connect attachment points will give you an easy and simple hookup and the removable arms will provide a clean factory look when not in use. This base plate will fit 2WD and 4WD models without adaptive cruise control.

Note: Product fits basic Z71 package but does not fit Z71 Trail Boss models. Product does not fit ZR2 Bison models.

Tow Bar Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This diode kit allows you to use your Chevrolet Colorado's tail lights and wiring system while preventing feedback from your RV.

Since you have to disconnect the negative battery cable to flat tow your Colorado you'll want to install the Roadmaster Automatic Battery Disconnect # RM-766 to make it as easy as flipping a switch.

Braking System: Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System # HM39524. This system offers intense, emergency braking or steady, smooth braking in a single portable system. Easily switch between proportional or full braking from the cab of your motorhome using the remote. The included charge line kit will keep your Colorado's battery charged.

Safety Cables: RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables # RM-643. The coiled design of these safety cables will help prevent them from dragging on the ground and being damaged.

You may also require a high/low adapter to keep your tow bar level between the motorhome and the Colorado. This requires some measuring on your part so I've attached our help article on adapters to walk you through the process of determining the correct rise/drop needed for your application.

As for motorhome, there won't be any tongue weight pressing down on your motorhome since the weight of the vehicle is supported by its own axles so you won't need any major suspension aid. A steering stabilizer would be a great option to help with swaying and body roll, since you'll be adding more length to your motorhome.

Since your 2017 Winnebago Minnie Winnie 31k Class C motorhome has a Ford E-450 chassis you'll need the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-147 for the rear and the Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-176 for the front.
