For power on issues, I suggest you first do a reset by using a paperclip or small gauge stiff wire to insert in to the rest button hole. Or by doing a complete power down by removing all connected power from the unit for at least 15 minutes then restore power to see if reset. If this does not solve your issue, you will need to check the wiring behind the unit. First make sure the wiring harness is clear of any debris and is fully connected. If that looks good, check for blown fuses. Replace any damaged wire you may find. Use a test light such as # PTW2992 for power checks to identify any breaks in the wire.
If you can not resolve issues, I suggest you replace with the Jensen RV Stereo, # JWM60A. This plays audio from radio signals, CDs, DVDs, and devices connected through Bluetooth or an auxiliary or USB cord. The jControl App lets you use your phone to control the stereo functions
