Yes the Draw Tite front hitch part # 65080 is strong enough to be used with a hitch mounted snow plow like the Detail K2 part # K2AVAL8219.

The Air Lift kit part #AL60786 is for the SR-5 models of the 2011 Toyota Sequoia and the part #AL60826 is for the other models aside from the Platinum version. Since you do not have a SR-5 or Platinum the correct kit is the #AL60826.
