Do I Need A Lift To Be Able To Install the etrailer Receiver on my 2022 Hyundai Palisade?

Can this be installed on the ground or do you need a lift?

A lift is not required to be able to install the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e95ZR on your 2022 Hyundai Palisade. You may find it easier to raise the rear of your Palisade up off the ground so that you can more easily access the mounts for the exhaust and be able to lower the exhaust to get the receiver in place. I have linked our installation video below so you can see where the mounts are to determine if you need to raise it off the ground.
I recommend installing the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # CU94FR when you install the receiver. The connector for the harness is also located under your Palisade and it will be more easily accessible when you install the receiver. This 4-way connector will allow you to pull most small trailers and use Auxiliary Lights # C53201 with a hitch mounted accessory that impairs the view of your tail lights. The Mounting Bracket # C58001 will allow you to secure the 4-way connector to the end of your receiver for easy access.
