We do not carry Ramsey winches, but from what I could find on the Ramsey 15000 winch it uses a 10" x 4.5" mounting pattern. As long as that is correct, then the Curt Trailer Hitch Electric Winch Mount Plate # C31010 would work for your winch. I recommend that you measure the bolt mounting pattern on your winch to confirm.
