I assume this kit will allow the use of a supplemental brake system that presses on the Jeeps brake pedal and keeps the Jeep tail lights in sync with the motorhomes and not overriding the turn signals, when the Jeep brake is applied?

Yes, the Blue Ox Tow Bar Wiring Kit # BLU79FR would allow the use of a supplemental braking system and will transfer your motorhome's turning and braking signals through to your 2021 Jeep Gladiator's tail lights. This tail light wiring harness comes with a 4-pole connector to connect to your motorhome, so if your motorhome only has a 7-pole socket you can use the Hopkins 7-Way RV to 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector Adapter with LED Test Lights # HM47340 as an adapter between the two connection points.
Since you're planning on flat towing you'll also need a tow bar, base plate, braking system, and safety cables. If you haven't purchased these items yet then I have the following recommendations for you:
