In order to mount the Universal Bumper Brackets for Curt Tow Bar with Adjustable-Width Arms # C19748 to your 2015 Chevy Sonic LTZ, it does require fabrication by way of drilling to accommodate the bolts of the brackets. If you decide to go that route, these brackets do require the Replacement Safety Pins for Curt Tow Bar with Adjustable-Width Arms # C19746-2. It is important to note the the universal bumper brackets are made specifically to be used with the Curt Tow Bar with Adjustable-Width Arms - Car Mount - 2" Ball # C19745.

However, if you are looking for an option that doesn't require drilling or extra fabrication, I recommend the Curt Custom Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # C44ZR.
